Minsky to the rescue at Das Haus
When the Das Haus Condos on Clermont originally went to market, Alain da Sylveira was the only broker on it. Perhaps the units weren't moving fast enough, but top brass at Corcoran have now given some of the units to the Fort Greene real estate kingpin (TM) Jerry Minsky.Smart move, IMO, because if anyone can sell a crappy overpriced condo in a subpar block, the Minsky-man can.

Well good for them. Alain has got to be the worst agent at corcoran. they whole french nonchalance doesnt work so well when youre trying to get a question answered. Wasnt impressed

Seriously, this Corcoran agent is so controlling and secretive about information the buyer needs....i was pulling teeth and couldn't get it. Let alone hear him as he whispers. another control thing. no thanks. i'll work with someone who can listen and not so controlling.
