Das Haus - 90 Clermont condos
Corcoran has the listings for Das Haus, a project that heretofore has flown under the radar. But once buyers check out the color schemes, at right, that won't last long.The building has at least 7 units - a duplex studio, a few 2 bedrooms and a penthouse unit. Prices range from $359K for the studio to $750K for 2 bedroom, 2 bath penthouse. Charges range from $182/month for the studio to $436/month for penthouse common charges.
Some of the two bedrooms have 910 square feet and are going for $650K. Asking $700 psf is a tall order in this non-prime area of Fort Greene, especially when they're located blocks from public housing. Buyers looking in this psf range would do better to check out the Washington Condos.
Features include elevators that open up in your unit, Bosch and KitchenAid appliances and individual HVAC units. There's also shared roof access. There's an open house this Sunday from 1:30 to 4pm.

I saw the apts during the open house the are amazing! Lot's of light great space modern Italian kitchen, love the bathrooms. The location is nice, bus service one block away and parking should not be a problem. Love it!
We missed the first open house and made an apt Monday night. The place is real nice. The last 3 floors are the best. We are considering making an offer but are concern about the elevator and the school next door.
