55 Hanson Place to turn condo??

A neighborhood source has let us know that the NYS office building at 55 Hanson Place is going to be converted into condos. Tenants have until April to relocate. These few blocks of Hanson Place are going to become quite the condo alley, what with the lot across the street from Tish James' office, the South Portland Tower and the $10MM Elliman listing for the garage and historical yellow house on South Portland between Atlantic and Hanson Place.
