The 80-82 Adelphi St. Condos reported earlier has been recently mentioned by brownstoner also. The peculiar thing (aside from the high psf for a dreary location) is that the marketing team at Corcoran has wasted no time trying to sell these, despite the lot being a hole in the ground covered by a plywood fence.
