Hello Living update

Check out the latest pictures on the HelloLiving project at Pacific and Washington in Prospect Heights.

Not pictured are several more lots on the eastern end of the street and the SE corner where a huge lot has been dug out already.

Once built, these condos will surely result in a critical mass of gentrifiers in the eastern Prospect Heights area.

I'm into this project, I think it looks really good.

Anyone know what the prices are like? I thought I remember hearing low $500s/sq ft which would seem like a bargain, I wonder if that will go up once they start to go on sale.

522k for a 2 bedroom (1 bedroom, 1 tiny closet posing as a bedroom). doubleheight ceilings, but absolutely no storage space. it looks cool but once you mentally put your stuff in there it feels smallish and cramped.

In terms of the cramped aspect, this is NY buddy. The days off buying brownstones for around the same price are over...

I think this place is awesome. It just requires being a little creative in terms space managment.

1 bdrm (670 sq ft)in the "Madison" building goes for $379,000. That's about $565 psf. That's with 18 ft ceilings. Curious to see if you could add a loft in that place. BTW the kitchens and bathrooms are just fantastic. Also, the touch screen concierge system in each unit is amazing. Each unit features home automation (blinds, lights, heat, nanny cam, etc.) that you can access and monitor remotely. It can also take your credit card info for menu pages and fresh direct. I went to the open house last Sunday and went through the whole demo. Pretty rad.
