Halstead as Fort Greene neophytes
Brownstoner's post today on the new Rockwell Place Condos surprised us. Smack dab in the middle of a block chock full of construction related to the BAM Cultural District, this former piano warehouse is being converted to condos. More surprising was that Halstead was able to get the listing. Apparently they have so little experience in this neighborhood that they call it Forte Green. Perhaps the Forte Condos confused them, leading them to believe that the neighborhood is spelled with an 'e.'Labels: condos, fort greene, forte condos
