Winey Neighbor now open at 679 Washington

A new wine store has opened up on the recently-revived strip of Washington Avenue in Prospect Heights. Named the 'Winey Neighbour,' this store features a wine label on every bottle that not only suggest food pairings, but music pairings.

Being a fan of rieslings myself, I've attached a label for a riesling at left. Riesling and Bob Marley, I can definitely live with that.

An opening party is scheduled for January 21; I plan to be there.

Price it right and it will sell?

Less than two weeks since being on the market at a healthy $889K, this unit at the Graham Condos is in contract.

Further proof that Clinton Hill is quite a desired neighborhood.

Does anyone know what it went into contract at?
