This Italianate townhouse has sold for $1.925MM after listing for $2.050MM over two months ago. Nice price for a four-family that was damaged in a fire a few years back before being piecemeal-renovated over the course of two years while being rented out to 4 young 30-something couples.

Italianate townhouse in prime Fort Greene

A 4-family Italianate beauty has hit the market at $2.05MM. It once sold for $980K in June, 2006.

Another 'new' townhouse condo?

On the west side of Cumberland, there is a new brownstone/townhouse building coming up. Perhaps similar to 242 Adelphi and the Boymelgreen townhouse on Carlton, this building seeks to mimic the conventional Brookyn brownstone.

This building also happens to be right next to the residential church conversion next door.

This brownstone, which belonged to a well-known Fort Greene architect couple, sold in September 2007 for $1.95MM, but is now listed by its current owner for $2.795MM.

According to public records, the current owner could potentially be a serial purchaser/renovator/reseller, as he looks like he could own 3 or 4 townhouses in the Brooklyn area.

Faux brownstone by Atlantic Yards still trying to rent

The owner of this Boymelgreen faux townhouse/brownstone, which was widely derided when it was being constructed, is renting a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom duplex for $4000.
