From today's Brownstoner's open house of the day, this 76 South Elliott townhouse is a true ode to the modernist who loves white.This brownstone, which belonged to a well-known Fort Greene architect couple, sold in September 2007 for $1.95MM, but is now listed by its current owner for $2.795MM.
According to public records, the current owner could potentially be a serial purchaser/renovator/reseller, as he looks like he could own 3 or 4 townhouses in the Brooklyn area.
