Douglas Elliman issues a huge 'fuck you' to local broker Brooklyn Properties on this Clinton Hill listing at 328 Clinton Avenue.

Not only did they steal their listing (or are they co-brokering it?), they steal their pictures with their digital watermark also.

And to add insult to injury, the listing agent is none other than Jerry Minsky.

Tsk tsk tsk.

For what seemed like an eternity, the Sanctuary website was just a teaser one. But today, a full list of floorplans is available.

The results promises to be a set of floorplans that will appease those who are tired of cookie cutter floorthroughs.

Bark, that ultra-stylish, minimalist store that we've frequented and dropped a few benjamins at before, is on the market. Not just the store, but the entire building.

Elliman has the listing. At $1.75MM, you get the commercial ground floor and the residential duplex above it. Judging from the decor and pictures, the owner lived upstairs and tended store downstairs.

Clermont Greene pricing released

The Clermont Greene condos have released their pricing and it stands in the mid 650's to low 700's per square foot.

The 9 released units include 518 sf studios for $350K to a large 1,539 square foot 3 bed, 2.5 bath for $1.05MM.

Fulton on Clinton - name your price

The developer for the Fulton on Clinton condos in Clinton Hill has decided that he has too much concentration risk in real estate, so he's doing his best to manage down his position.

Elliman broker Yuval Vidal has sent out an email stating that the developer wants to sell 'immediately' and 'any reasonable offer' would be considered.

The three units left over are a 1+ den, 2 BR and a 2 + home office. Asking prices are $390K, $615K and $525K, respectively.

8 other units are already in contract.

Mass exodus at 970 Kent?

In a hot second, there are suddently 5 resales at the 970 Kent Condos in Clinton Hill/Bed Stuy. For those who are into penthouse units, there are a few sponsor units also.

Corcoran has 4 resale units here, while Elliman has one here.

My only guess is that many buyers have reached the magic 2 year mark in which it has been their primary residence and are now selling to lock in some profits on the IRS' generous RE capital gains law.

Or perhaps the building has turned out to be not such a great buy in a not such great area??
