Here's another Hello Living unit on the rental market -- we're starting to wonder; are there any owner-occupied units here?Here's a 1BR + loft renting for $2600. Another here for $2200.
After visiting the Sydney yesterday, we're appreciating the European touches of the architects - Loading Dock 5. Note the big/small flush buttons on the toilet in the lower right.

When you pay that kind of money in this neighborhood you are speculating. Owner-occupied or not.
These places look cool for sure. But wow, so much money. I mean, a dope kitchen is great, but it's far less valuable to me than a dope neighborhood. What I don't get is why developments in other neighborhoods - ie, 4th ave in the Slope - couldn't have had these kinds of finishes and qualities.
