Next installment of the Hello Living Condos
We're completely impressed with the next-to-market Sydney building of the Hello Living Condos. At left is a picture of the living space and dining area. Is that poured concrete floors we see??For sure, Loading Dock 5 Architecture is really pushing the envelope, and in a good way. The Sydney building, at 957 Pacific Street, is further down the street towards Grand, but this may be our favorite thus far.

According to the Aguayo site, the 1 bedrooms, ranging in size from 748 to 802 square feet, are listed at $425K to $600K.
