In both a developer's and condo owner's worst nightmare, unsold units at the Bridgeview Tower are now being rented out for $2000 to $4000 a month.A tipster has let us know that consolidated listings are here, here and here.

$2200-2800 for a studio in this no man's land??? Apparently the developer learned nothing from his or her failed pricing strategy when the building was still for sell. People didn't want to buy when being gouged, and why would they rent when you overpriced again?
