Where's the storage in this FG condo?
The Verdi on Adelphi Street condos are being relisted by Corcoran. There's about 14 units, 3 of which are in contract. Prices range from $365K to $699K for 533 square feet to 1,002 square feet of space.One quick look at the floor plan for a typical 570 square foot 1 bed, 1 bath, which will cost you a whopping $405K, contains no storage space other than a closet in the bedroom.
Where do you put books, CDs, luggage, boxes, linens, coats, tools, etc, much less a full set of winter and summer clothes??

exactly. it doesn't make ant sense. This will sit on the market longer - no matter how "great" it may look inside or the location. How much more does it cost to include 2 more closets in the flpln?
