Abdul Muid, a Corcoran broker, currently has three listings over $1MM. Two of the higher priced ones, at left, are 274 Clinton Avenue ($2.995MM) and 193 Washington Park ($3.875MM).Alas, Minsky has four listings over $1MM currently.

I worked with Abdul about 4 years ago, before he went to Corcoran. Great guy. I can see why he'd do well. Honest, takes his time working with you and very professional. Congrats to him. Not your typical Corcoran broker, in my opinion.
