Pipe dreams at these "Clinton Hill" condos
Corcoran, unfortunately, has the listings for this ugly 7-unit building on Lafayette between Franklin and Classon. Perhaps they've been smoking the proverbial crack that could be found just blocks from this building.This 469 square foot 1 bedroom is asking $359K. That's over $759 psf for this location. If I had $350k to spend, I would buy a coop at the Griffin in prime Fort Greene.
Another overpriced unit - a 932 sf 2 bed, 1 bath for $625K!!!! 670 psf for this unfortunate stretch.
The kitchens in these units are also quite offensive, in my opinion.
