have you been by these buildings? They look really cheap. I'd be surprised if they get these prices considering the other options available at the same ppsf.
have not been by. i wouldn't value them at a premium above the washington or the helloliving condos, but they're priced as such...
these look super cheap and ugly. i guess they're figuring the market can take it.
These won't start selling until the washington, hello living, st marks lofts, and 647 wash all sell out or there is a significant price reduction.
As an aside, corcoran shows 8 of 17 units at the st marks lofts sold. These units are going for about $530/ft.
i would like to know the details about the other condo units you listed - i was going to check on of these out tomorrow. any other options you think would be better greatly appreciated!
