302 Washington Avenue condos selling...sorta

The brownstone condo conversion at 302 Washington Avenue has 5 units, and 2 of them are in contract via Warburg Realty. Both are of the 2 bedroom, 2 bath 900 square foot-variety, at prices of $665K and $675K. Tellingly, the duplex and triplex townhouse, priced at $1.325MM and $1.649MM (down from $1.75MM) are still available.

These two units were sold almost as soon as it was on the market, and it's just sat here since. The broker's website certainly has the photos all messed up - you can't see the main photo on the listing and they have a HUGE price on what looks like a two room cellar apartment. I think it's a mistake and they should probably fix the site if they intend to sell anything. Also, the broker or owner should make sure the sidewalk is cleaned now and then. The place is covered with garbage most of the time. Makes a great impression

i went and checked them out on the first open house... NO QUALITY!!! UGH!!! they ruined an amazing house. Metal stairs with crappy carpeting. Medicine cabinets hung on wall not recessed. Poor quality trim work that wasn't plum. uhm.... what else, hollow doors! yikes!! it was very disheartening.
