South Portland coop on market
Is it us, or is it just fact that every time there's a property on South Oxford or South Portland, Jerry Minsky has his hands in it? For sale is a smallish 1 bedroom coop for $519K.Just hope that there's storage in the basement, because you won't fit much more than one season's worth of clothes in the closets here.

You've been Minskied! This is what he does and how he does it. If you are willing to pay over 500K for this I have a HUGE 1 bedroom on Prospect Park I am willing to sell for just a little more! and you don't have to deal with the minsky man.
