Saving the largest for last on Dean St.
These Merchant House condominiums on Dean between Carlton and Vanderbilt were sold a little bit before the condo craze hit Brooklyn. Today we see that a new listing for a 2700 sq ft duplex is now on the market for $1.45MM. As you can see, all the other relatively large units were sold at very fair prices.
