Proof that Jerry Minsky can't sell everything
When we first pointed out that a paltry 750-sqft apartment in Prospect Heights was listed by Jerry Minsky at Corcoran for $539K, we scoffed at the fact that it would sell at that price, but added that if anyone could sell it at such bloated prices, Jerry would be able to.
Well, apparently not, even after lowering the price to $519K. Today, we see that the owner has relieved Jerry of his duty and gone with the folks at Aguayo.
One thing Aguayo has over Corcoran is the better resolution pictures, but they lack the floorplans.

Did you also notice that in this article Minsky was quoted as saying that four Brooklyn buyers recently tried to reduce their offers by 25-30% after contracting at ask?
Summer doldrums? Burst bubble? Or just a fizzling magic touch?
it's possible that it's not a slowdown, but that in the frenzy, ppl thought they could price at any level and there would be bids on them. not so, apparently.
I did
Jerry Minsky is a Douche. It's as simple as that.
