Funny that the Corcoran brokers spelled it 'Cafe Havannah'. If this sells, Ft. Greeners will no longer be getting pizza at Not Ray's, getting their dry cleaning done at A Different Cleaners or renting DVDs from East Coast Video. We could sure do without Boo's Bagels, which is a poor excuse for a bagel shop. Our beat reporter recently tried out their bagels and came back with a sour taste in his mouth, pun intended-- the bagel did not taste good at all.

If the buyer comes thru, they could considerably raise rent on this prime piece of real estate, which would either drive out the proprietors or make them raise their prices.
