Greene Scene Condos not showing much green

Is the apocalypse upon us? After first noticing that they had one apartment with an accepted offer, we then noticed that they had to lower their prices on one of the units, and then in the ultimate sign of not getting the job done, it seems they have now had to resort to co-broking these condos with Brown Harris Stevens.

In addition, the one unit they had an accepted offer on? No longer!

I don't think its a co-broke, looks like Brooklyn Properties lost the exclusive...

I still can't believe that they could get $745k for this... Just seems bizzare that you can take a townhouse worth, what, $2mm tops, split it into four, add the requisite black/stainless kitchen applicances and then sell the thing off for a total of around $4mm. The $1mm+ bottom apartment is particularly shameless...how much would it rent for these days -- probably not much more than $2,500/month.
