Stop the presses - condo prices drop at one Ft. Greene offering

In light of all the recent housing bubble talk and the chatter of a 'frothy' market, isn't it fortuitous that the Greene Scene condos we reported on here has just reduced the price one of their units severely. When we say severely, we mean by 16%, from 945K to 795K for the smallest unit, 1067 square feet.

As of today, still only one accepted offering on these new construction floor-thru condominiums.
