New condos on Flatbush and 4th Ave
Corcoran has the listings for these new condos in a building, coincidentally enough, that houses a Haagen Dazs and a Dunkin Donuts in the ground floor commercial space.
There are open houses on Sunday from noon to 3PM. Sizes range from 527 sq ft studios to 1149 sq ft 1 bedrooms from $379K to $600K. These seem a bit more affordable, but you may get what you pay for. The listing says the standard stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Yeah, the great smells and sounds of traffic at 4th/atlantic/flatbush...thats what get for the money.
I went to open house across street
and building shook as trucks went by.
