Graham Condos unit didn't sell, price drops 30K

Perhaps we have a reprieve in the overheated Clinton Hill market? A month ago or so, we reported on a unit at the Graham Condos that was asking $780K. Today, we see that the unit is back on the market with Corcoran for $749K.

Still running at a steep $680 per square foot, we will monitor this closely to see if it gets any bites.

Unit is 1100 square feet and is configured as a large 1 bedroom, but can be converted to two. It has two bathrooms and a stainless steel kitchen.
