Hello Living open house results in more sales

This weekend's first open house at the Hello Living condos has resulted in more sales. At the Madison, pictured at left, 10 out of the 15 units are now in contract. All are one bedrooms.

As one reader/open-house-goer said,

"1 bdrm (670 sq ft)in the "Madison" building goes for $379,000. That's about $565 psf. That's with 18 ft ceilings. Curious to see if you could add a loft in that place. BTW the kitchens and bathrooms are just fantastic. Also, the touch screen concierge system in each unit is amazing. Each unit features home automation (blinds, lights, heat, nanny cam, etc.) that you can acce
ss and monitor remotely. It can also take your credit card info for menu pages and fresh direct. I went to the open house last Sunday and went through the whole demo. Pretty rad."

yeah, the name of the vendor is Dream Home Technologies www.dreamhometech.com

The site looks like it's under construction, but I can tell you that the home automation package is free (or at least included in the price of each unit) and there are no monthly fees attached.

I went to the open house too...
The system is great but the blinds and stuff are an upgrade I think it's about $20k.
There is a basic system that comes with every apartment
