Originally listed by the buyer as 614 square feet, the Elliman broker also includes the balcony, mechanical and storage spaces to come up with 760 square feet.

The FSBO had it listed at $638K, and Elliman has it listed at $579K, which may be a first in itself (lowering the price of a property).
