Minsky heating up with the weather
It's become increasingly evident to Brookynites that when they have a top-dollar property and need to get it listed at the highest price possible, they go straight to Jerry Minsky.As of today, he has three condos in Brooklyn listed at $1.5MM or higher. One is the $2.5MM Greene House unit that has languished, and two are condos at 367 Grand Avenue in Clinton Hill, strangely enough. (NB seems to be a brownstone duplex conversion.)
Townhouse-wise, he has three listed at $1.5MM and higher.

If you would look at Park Slope townhouses for a change you would see that there are some brokers who have constantly a few townhouses for over 3mill on offer.
If you had ever met the mink man you would understand the obsession. He is quite a character. He occasionally busts out the purple velvet smoking jacket, for a start.

If you knew what you were talking about you would realize Minsky mostly lists and does not sell. So, the schiester apparently is you. You want to get in cheap and rip off owners who deservingly do well by him.
