that's a great spot and nice building, but looks from the photo that it's near ground level. that could be really noisy on that corner, being only about 150 feet from the Applebee's dumpster.
I'd definitely consider it though.
they once had a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit for $650k a few years ago..
