Myrtle Avenue construction
Here's a recent shot of the Myrtle Avenue construction corridor. All along Myrtle from Flatbush to Ashland, storefronts are being boarded over and razed. This particular lot, with Metrotech in the background, has been completely cleared of the one-level storefronts that used to exist in that space.Labels: fort greene, myrtle avenue

Across the street from this site there is a new building on Myrtle and Prince. What is it? It looks like an athletic center. It seems as though it has been complete for some time but it is not open yet. When are the condos in this section of Myrtle supposed to be completed?
i think it's supposed to be a community center..
the condos, are probably being constructed between 2008-2010...
