When we first reported on these condos for Brownstoner back in March 2006, the prices were sky-high at the time. Units that are 1533-1688 square feet were listed at $877K, $890K and $919K. Apparently there were issues with the CO and purchasers were allowed to opt-out, which many did.
Now, Corcoran has the listings up again, at prices of $875K, $899K and $899K.
Does anyone have the scoop on these? Check here for our initial post and also our groundbreaking use of youtube video in a real estate website.
Classon and Myrtle are the cross-streets for this new renovation/new construction glassy building. Dubbed the Azure Condominiums, there seem to be about 10-odd units with varying layouts and views of the Manhattan skyline.
Most units have outdoor terraces and the full-floor fifth and sixth floor units feature great wraparound terraces.
No word yet on pricing nor who will be marketing these.
