Highest resale yet at the Washington Condos
Unit A-2E, a 1,474 square foot 3 bedroom, 2 bath, is now on the market at an asking price of $949K. As this NYT FSBO says, they are offering it at a low price before hiring a broker and increasing the price.The unit is 640 psf.

lol..dream on. aren't there still unsold units there? so they're charging 949k for a 2 bedroom??? in this market?
I think it was a 1474 sq ft-3 bd rm 2 bath in a completed building with a permanent C of O, tax abatement etc. In a better market they could get more.
