One Hanson Condo rentals
According to streeteasy, there are 6 units for rent at the One Hanson Place condos in Fort Greene. Prices range from $2300 for a 489 square foot studio to $6000 for a 1,054 square foot 2 bed, 2 bath.Any takers? If the owner of the studio got in early enough, I'd guess that $2300 just about covers their carrying costs.

Wow... way too overpriced. Especially considering what a mess that neighborhood (if you could call it that) is. It's only going to get worse once they start building the Nets arena... not to mention the glut of units that will be on the market in that area due to the planned condo complex surrounding the arena.
