Unit A-2E, a 1,474 square foot 3 bedroom, 2 bath, is now on the market at an asking price of $949K. As this NYT FSBO says, they are offering it at a low price before hiring a broker and increasing the price.

The unit is 640 psf.

A new front has opened in the FSBO market. Using Vizz Vox's paid service you can upload pictures and voiceovers to your own unit. Ostensibly marketed to the real estate broker, I'm not sure what's stopping some entrepreneurial seller from paying $99 to $149 to market their own house. I'm sure readers out there could find this useful and put and end to the 6% broker fees.
