970 Kent Condos - pricey rental drops $200
Amidst cries of racism, I suggested that this craigslist rental was overpriced at $3150. The proponents fought back. I said I would eat crow if it rented at that price.Rental listing is now $2950, just 5 days later.

Wow... seems like the Kent has been the building you love to hate for the past couple of years. Any reason for the bad blood?
"pricey" is when someone is charging double not a few hundred bucks more than what you think is right. if the reduction in rent gets you off, that's sad.
i've actually had more posts on the greene house and the washington than this place. no bad blood. just pathetically blog-worthy..
did anyone see the GIANT INFLATABLE RAT posted in front of the Atlantic Terrace construction site today????
The price is still to high..
