Haha! Well we just went into contract at the Washington, heard about this site, so hopefully we'll get to meet our new neighbors soon. We also heard that for some reason a broker at a competing firm posted that very strange post on Brownstoner. Very lame indeed! Needless to say, we are super excited to move in!
