970 Kent rental prices
One upset reader has taken us to task for expressing disbelief (claiming racism, btw) that a unit there would get their rental price of $3150.At left is a list of past rental prices from streeteasy. My vision is pretty bad, so please let me know if you see any rents above $2800 at left.

What's with the hate campaign against 970 Kent? You got sour grapes or something? Seriously.
i'm sorry. i took it personally when someone claimed i made a post based on racial undertones. i had to back myself up with hard numbers. thus, this post.
the problem is that from the beginning you have had problems with the neighborhood that the Kent is in. not just the most recent postings. it's getting to be a very mixed area and it's coming up.
the Kent happens to be a very well manged building and kept impeccably clean. check out the street in front. people love living there.
