Cathedral Condos asking nearly $700 psf
Here's a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Cathedral Condos at the corner of Atlantic and Washington that's asking $549K for only 800 square feet of space.Quite a lofty endeavour, if you ask us.

Hello living a few blocks away is catching $750 a/ft, granted it's a spectacular project but what's the big deal?
i live in the building and its a nice building with low monthly fees, but its old so it definitely depends on the renovation as to whether its worth it - my guess is the lack of photos of the kitchen isn't a good thing....
cuz you can pay $589k for a brand new one bedroom with double height windows at the washington. sorry, but the cathedral is an old building.
kudos to the one that shells out that money for it..
The cost of upkeep on a building like the Cathedral can be very very expensive. Corcoran always prices without regard for anything. The fact that all these new condos at similar pricing in better buildings are sprouting up it's likely this will sit for a while.
