The Dumbo brokerage upstart Two Trees Real Estate has snagged the last sponsor unit at the Greene House Condos. Originally listed at $825K by Corcoran, then dropped to $775K, the latest price is $829K.The 821-square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom features an 800-square foot terrace/deck, pictured at left.
Our hunch is that the price on this unit is very negotiable. Who knows why it hasn't sold yet - terrace privacy is a non-issue in my opinioin.

Here's a clue: Huge noisy HVAC units sit right next to your lovely 800 sq ft. terrace. No thanks!
