Greene Scene condo - buyer's market
Back in February, we profiled this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo at a new-construction brownstone between Willoughby and Dekalb. At the time, it had been listed at $1.25MM, then $1.175MM via Corcoran.
Now, it is again being listed via Elliman, but at the bargain basement price of $999K. The very strange thing is that we think it was originally sold for $950K.
That's not a lot of profit for 1.5 years in Fort Greene. This unit should easily be selling for well north of a million, I would think.
Perhaps it's the English basement which is probably 1/2 of the 2000+ square feet? But it's got outdoor space and a sizeable yard...
