Fort Greene rental market v5

The fifth installment of the Ft. Greene rental market brings us two units - one overpriced and the other seemingly underpriced.

The first is a one-bedroom garden apartment at Adelphi and Lafayette for $3400! For this, you get 550 square feet of space. The post says that you can get to the city in 5 minutes. A bit of a stretch, as is the rent.

The second is a two-bedroom floor-thru and partial use of a shared floor with a washer/dryer. This is located at Cumberland and Greene and is listed at the bargain price of $1400. Oh, and the post says you can get to the city in 7 minutes.
