I personally hear that he's abrasive, which is not good for the neighborhood. I can count several people who have said they wouldn't go view a property listed by him purely by reputation. Don't have any clue why people would want an abrasive person to sell their property.
every f'in broker out there is abrasive.
ppl hate barry bonds, but still pack the stadium, because the guy has an aura surrounding himself.
ppl list with minsky because he gets them top dollar and he OWNS fort greene RE.

We all know you know squat about real estate and you are a closet case stalker of jerry Minsky, who every one knows is closet gay. But he owns Fort Greene realestate? Now if youn actually count the listings available and closed in Fort Greene, he comes out as the amateur. But hey I own a nice Brownstone on the park and from what I hear, he's the last person any of us would go to for advice.
