The huge project that is taking place on the former parking lot of the Cathedral Condos is located at 545 Washington Avenue between Fulton and Atlantic.

The architects are Stephen B Jacobs Group. Since a few weeks ago, their use of non-union labor has brought out the huge inflatable rat.
