Elliman couldn't sell the Greene House unit, so Minsky came to the rescue

Unit 10S at the Greene House Condos, the 'building that started it all,' was once an FSBO, then Elliman got it. Elliman couldn't sell it, so now Jerry Minsky has it. Our guess? It will sell.

The price, though, has bounced from $638K to $579K to $620K. This is a 614 square foot 1 bedroom 1 bath unit. Why, though, did it not sell at $579K? Is it because Elliman doesnt know Fort Greene like Minsky knows it??

Why was my comment deleted? I was curious who Minsky was, it sounds like some obscure real estate firm in forte greene. Do they have a website?

If a seller's broker is not well-informed, shouldn't that mean that the property is just priced wrong? And if it doesn't sell, doesn't that mean it's priced too high? Are we still living under the delusion that certain seller's agents can really get you an extra 7%?

Actually this is a different unit in the building. This one is on the 8th floor, the one that bounced to FSBO to Elliman was on the 10th floor. Don't know what happened to that one.
