Dean Street condo project in Boerum Hill
Between 3rd and 4th Avenues in Boerum Hill, is a new condo at 322 Dean Street. Looks like a solid addition to this warehousey/industrial block. Anyone know the details on this thing?Labels: boerum hill, condos

Isn't this right in Atlantic Yards' backyard? Even if they are not going to seize your building, who wants to live right on top of the construction for umpteen years?
What part of brownstone Brooklyn isn't in Atlantic Yards' backyard?
This will be a good addition to the block, which is pretty barren (2/3 of the north side taken up by the Brooklyn High School of the Arts).
Great location for subway access (block to Pacific Street entrance), and all the new cool bars/restos opening on 4th ave.
