The continuing saga of the Bridgeview Tower Condos in Vinegar Hill takes another turn. After Halstead had it and handed it over to Elliman, they couldn't seal it and now Danielle Mosse of Brooklyn Heights Real Estate also has her hands in it too.No word yet on how the prices have changed..

The location of Bridge View Tower makes it very hard to sell for even the best sales person. To make matters worse, the developer has a hair pin temper and when things didn't go his way, he was often heard screaming and cursing his head off which was very intimidating for the employees. The developer wanted to do everything himself and never listened to marketing or design suggestions. The developer is his own worse enemy. He created a lot of bad feelings.
