Graham Condos - steal this one (another price drop)
The 1100 square foot unit at the Graham Condos originally asking $755K on December 7 fell to $725K on January 3. Today, February 1, it's dropped another 30K to $695K. Someone's GOT to want this one at this price, no?? At $631psf, I would think someone with bonus money would want to put it into this Clinton Hill condo.
Any reason why this one isn't selling?

It has no furniture, yet feels cramped inside. The kitchen has cheap railing based glass shelving instead of cabinets. Living area window placement is odd, there aren't enough..
