Curbed speaks on Scarano project
In the South Slope, the DOB has nixed a Scarano project. curbed also mentions the NYT article on 25 different Brooklyn buildings in which the starchitect had a hand in. Does all this press bode negatively for all other Scarano projects, specifically 35 Underhill aka the Washington fucking Condos?

meeting with the developer the other night, he mentioned that there is a review by the Buildings Dept. of the Washington, specifically issues mentioned in the Times such as ceiling heights, square footage, etc. No temporary c of o until these are resolved was my understanding. of course, the developer's willing to give back people's deposit for those who can't wait for this mess to be resolved .
Obviously, he'll sell the units for much more. No other remedy was suggested to the freaked out buyers whose units might lose their second floor of the units to eliminate square footage.
