V - Vacant Land
The lot behind the Washington Condos is zoned as vacant land, but could it change in the future? For many of us who have units facing the courtyard, what goes in this lot could have an affect on the light in the apartments.

in the past year, i've seen a dump truck inside the lot and workers clearing the land.
it is zoned as v2- vacant land.
i would not be surprised if an apt building rises up there in the next 3 years.
i agree and also think that someone will buy the one story building on the corner of underhill and pacific (which is currently for sale) and put up some more housing.
